Highlight your product at NODEM 2010 in Copenhagen

Exhibitors of commercial products and services, museums or cultural institutions are offered the opportunity to give briefings on recent projects, along with exhibiting products during the course of the NODEM 2010 conference.

The exhibition will take place Friday 26th of November at IT University of Copenhagen in the Atrium. The conference program will allow time for discussions between exhibitors and participants. Some exhibitions are also part of the conference as project or paper presentations. All exhibited projects serve as candidates for the NODEM award. Here below you will soon find information about the exhibitor and their projects, as well as pictures and web links when relevant.

Each exhibitor will have an exhibition space which includes café table or booth, electrical outlets and internet access. Neither NODEM nor IT University of Copenhagen will be liable for damage or loss to exhibitor’s property, nor shall they be liable for any injury that may occur in the exhibition area.

Packing, unpacking, and assembly of exhibits will be done only in designated areas at designated times under the direction of Facilities Management of IT University of Copenhagen and NODEM. The university prohibits posting of any kind on columns, walls, floors, or other parts of the building or furniture.

Exhibition price: Conference fee

On request banners to hang from the ceiling in the Atrium can be purchased. The university will take care of the all the practicalities.

Price is 700 Euro per banner (500 EUR sponsorship, 200 EUR printing and mounting costs)
